NEW BUILDINGS

You may have noticed a LOT of new Apartment buildings being built here lately.  If you have, then your eyes and brain are connected. This is called a Boom Time and many people are cashing in on the fact the University is growing and it's a good time to pack people into this neighborhood. Because we are so close to the University area.
