PARKING is an issue here.  Usually it comes to light when you need to park YOUR car, or somebody's car is in YOUR way.  The City if Eugene is helping us figure out how to better address this growing problem. Until then, park carefully, and don't block sidewalks, driveways nor park ON THE LAWN. (There are FINE$ for that.)
